This happens every summer in AZ and breaks my heart every time. How can you not notice that your 2y old hasn't been around for 2 hours?

timethief OMG! What a tragedy. The kids in our family were never ever left on their own in cars or anywhere else & neither were our pets so that things like this did not happen.

Deray28 I know TT, it's horrible. It is also very common to read that pets die this way, people are dumb and don't realize how hot a car gets during the summer!

Theresa111 Shit! All you have to do is sit in a closed automobile in the scorching heat for 60 seconds to tell it won't be a pretty picture if you stay put. This is disgraceful behavior for people, children, the elderly and pets. Never leave anyone behind or have the same thing happen to you.
