Finally trying a baked good with mayo as an ingredient: gluten free cornbread
1 package Bobs Red Mill GF cornbread mix
1.5 cups milk substitute
2 eggs from my chicken Pumpkin
1/3 cup mayo
can of black beans
a few tbs cheese
corn cut off of one cob
pinch of oregano and thyme
a pinch of kelp powder
Baking 25 minutes or so at 375.

Delicious soup, blended up in 5 minutes for dinner.

1 bunch fresh basil
1 bunch fresh parsley
2 young Thai coconuts, water & meat
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tbs. red pepper miso
blend and devour.
