I see where they are reducing the punishment for using crack cocaine. I’m going to say up front and not beat around the bush, unless a death sentence is enacted for big time drug lords we can forget about ever slowing down the illegal drug trade. As to all of the users, why feed and house all of these people, just bring back flogging and send them on their way.

Jayme Do you think a beating will stop drug abusers. Heck they put themselves through worse than that to do and sell drugs. They are tearing up their own lives and risking death already.
