Theresa111 Good for 100ยบ and the afternoon sunshine wanting to yield it's powerful rays. Bless the sun and I am hoping for precipitation. When you are on an island the rain she always shows us, if only for a while. Take care. We're off to Home Depot again. Trying to cover skylights and windows to reflect the light and heat away. Listening to A Good Year soundtrack CD and it is so good.

timethief Just saying ... For me it's not about the holiday weekend or the computer problems I have. It's the feeling that I'm in a cubicle & everyone else signed on is too, and we aren't aware of each other. I'm posting less here because the isolation I experience is a turn-off. I want to know who is logged in at the time I'm logged in. if that doesn't happen then I probably won't be here long because my time is to precious to spend it clicking around here to find someone to communicate with.

TheBoo When I first signed up here we were expecting a bunch of changes and improvements to be made and I was excited. I disageed with timethief about the "who's online" option but I was very much looking forward to the other things she suggested would be good additions to the site. It's disappointing that months later nothing has changed here on friedeggs. I suspect the stagnation is getting to more people than just me. I've found myself checking the site less and less.

TheTAZZone For me i just can't be bothered investing my time and energy in a site that makes it extremely difficult to find people who interest you...because of the lack of an ' all ' tab...when I joined Twitter I was able to build a quality following of almost 3000 the first month...I was actually just 2 away from 3000 when they removed the ' all ' tab...from that point on you have minimal control over who ' you ' follow and end up with a bunch of people just looking to up their numbers or spam your DM box...
from that point on I lost almost all interest in Twitter...and this place irks me the same way...for the same reason.
