scribadiva TT: I agree with every thing you said. The recent development, admitted by every one involved, including Carl Rove, That the owners of Fox News are the ones that Bought the building. And they started the hate mongering. Manhattanites, I'm sorry, I don't care what they are, they do not attack. We're not talking about Ocean Park, Brownsville or Crown Heights, or anwhere in the other boroughs. (although the Bronx is pretty cool.) I'm talking and she's obviously not interested? I consider Beth a good friend, and I'll talk to her later. scribadiva I've got to embed this. I have another nickname: grammargirl. English as your 2nd major makes me a punctuation freak (I should use periods more often!) Once you teach English, though, you morph into a grammargirl, a fearsome beast, letting loose on casual conversations at awkward moments! (One of my superpowers.) It's so easy to follow people here!

scribadiva Disturbingly true for me: identical to one of cats 30 yrs. ago. Bubba had a problem w/my mom's white Maltese. Same attitude. When Bubba talked, a bubble appeared above with his words in Chinese, but he spoke in English. I think he did it for me; I was studying Chinese at the time. No kidding, true story.
