The idea is to establish a make sense method of consistency called the KIEARC method.
Knowledge
Instruction
Execution
Assessment
Repetition
Consistency
1. The idea is that if you have the "right" programs for knowledge and instructions
2. And actually take action (execution)
3. Then assess your results take out what doesn't work and keep what does
4. Repeat the proccess
Then you will establish a successful cycle of consistency.
