    Theresa111 Good for them!

I find that people who do not believe in God, Jesus, Mohammed or anything other than facts, science, a lot of these peoplewant people of faith to respect their right of not believing as we. And I do respect them and their right to not believe. I believe everyone has the right to be free in their heartfelt beliefs.

What I do not appreciate is when those (not all), but the ones who are irreverant and who step over the line, in order to mock 90% of the world's population and their sacred beliefs, as they were doing in some recent discussions, about Jesus, around Easter time, and as they were doing in this particular instance, it makes me very peturbed and even angry. People need to act respectfully toward all people, and allow them to live in peace and stop mocking religious or scientific beliefs.

How are we to achieve this? How are we going to reach out and respectfully resuest these types of people, whether believer or not (they do irreverant things on both sides), How do we convince them to stop putting each other down? How do we get them to act in a civilized manner? How do we get everyone to "GET IT" that we all might be a little bit right? How do we teach people it is wrong to keep tearing others down and to stop critizing and to stop ridiculing?

How can we as a people of the world Wake Up and Change For The Better?

    @Theresa111
I think there is nothing for to disagree in your words here except that I don't separate religion from science.
My scientific knowledge inspires me that I should
    have faith in God.

I appreciate your thoughtful comments very much .
How do we teach people it is wrong to keep tearing others down and to stop critizing and to stop ridiculing?

Theresa111, Punishment is the only solution for those who want to turn the civilized human beings into beast by their trick of limitless freedom of speech.

I am a Muslim and I live in Pakistan where majority of population is Muslims. I live in a housing society where I can see a large number of Christians practicing their religion peacefully.
Except of a few rare cases we have not seen them offending each others beliefs.

    Thank you so much.

  8. timethief What do people see when they view a news website or multimedia feature? Is it what the site's designers expect? ... Perhaps not.

The Eyetrack III study literally looked through the eyes of 46 people to learn how they see online news. In this overview article, we review the study's key findings. Read the full article here > http://poynterextra.org/eyetrack2004/main.htm

  9. Sebastyne The website of International Glaucoma Societies has made the list of the worst web design mistakes in 1995-2015. That's an achievement.

What is even funnier is that Glaucoma is an eye condition that eventually leads to blindness. I know, because it runs in the family. I wonder if the site designers trust that all the visitors are already blind, or are hey sadists that think that it will be funny to waste the last seeing days…

    scribadiva

scribadiva I suspect the lack of id design in design school is much the same as being a sociology major, without understanding politics of identity, what's known as identity politics, or more frequently, political sociology. that is race, gender, color, and where you yourself fit. I spent 5 years on my thesis on id politics. I think the augmentation of your field in that direction would be taught at the school I went to, but no one should leave high school, or at most, college, without that understanding as well as critical thinking. People go to Harvard Law for critical thinking? They shouldn't be accepted without it.
