TIFFLS I'd have liked to have come out understanding more. A lot of questions were raised along the way that it seems we're supposed to just shrug off now that we have a general idea of what was going on, but it's not working for me. Far too much time wasted on warm fuzzy character resolutions and not enough information.

Theresa111 It's finally over? And I missed the entire last few seasons? I admit I stopped watching when they were floundering with the story line. Kinda write as you go. We did record the last season, so will have a LOST marathon to see what if any resolution makes sense.

GreenLady7 @TIFFLS I left my theory (SO far off) on yesterday's discussion. Like @markgeller I'm still digesting. Overall, I have to say, the investment was well worth it for me. Anything that keeps that many people Thinking so hard and so long and so profoundly, deserves appreciation and thanks.

TIFFLS @GreenLady7, I just don't appreciate being told to think about something only to have the answer be "ah, yeah...we just made all that up. There's no actual solution to the puzzle you've been wrestling with for six years!" Disappointed in JJ, who is famous for injecting those mysteries and ultimately tying up loose ends. I expected more. I feel rather like I've been working for years on a complicated math problem, only to have someone casually say, "Oh, oops...there was a typo in the info we gave you...none of that means anything."

markgeller There are a lot of details they did not get around to resolving. One piece I am still digesting is the sideways reality. Was it just Jack's life flashing before his eyes before he died or were they all truly coming together in death sometime in the future? While not completely satisfied, it was a more up lifting ending than it might have otherwise been.

TIFFLS Yeah, I'm just not so much about the "human element". I was watching to play the logic game that was set up in the first couple of seasons, and it turned out that there never was an answer--they were just tossing stuff out there to get us guessing without any kind of big picture in mind.

Butterose My thoughts are...I'm still lost.
