  3. Theresa111 Wake Up! Notice everything! There is incredible beauty all around if only you take the time to examine it. Really look and see. Now I am to

agapistudios this is great .. other research I read said basically "let people do what they want" that's the best motivator ...

    bluebeachsong

bluebeachsong An amazing personal project and an incredible documentation of a life. It's also fascinating to see three decades of style, fashion, and pop culture. The photographer's name is Jamie Livingston, who was also a cinematographer. Hugh Crawford was a friend of his who took the photos and posted them on his website.

LyndaLehmann It IS an amazing documentation and an affirmation of life! Thanks for sharing it with us. :0

nothingprofound The aphorism IS about looking on the bright side.

    LyndaLehmann

LyndaLehmann There's nothing like playing out in the rain and the puddles in the street. Unfortunately, now that I'm grown up, I know how much toxic stuff is in those puddles!

But I can still love the rain....

  9. Theresa111 Had to share this video with you because I had a strange day. It'll make you feel all warm and cozy and forget about stress. Good Night.

    LyndaLehmann

LyndaLehmann Teething but adorable! You can"t tell me they aren't showing affection for each other.

I can NEVER not eat for the day. I'd be writhing on the floor if I did that!

    Theresa111

Theresa111 Yes food is key to a smooth sailing day.

  10. Theresa111 Look. You might only get one chance today to get it right, do the right thing, or say the right words to someone that'll make them glad they

ran into you. You can do something simple and kind and make someone's day wonderful. So go out there and make a difference ... a wonderful one.

  12. TheBoo Do you think you aren't racist?

ABC's "What Would You Do?" conducts a social experiment to see what would people do in a situation where they witness someone trying to steal a bike. For this experiment they used a white actor, and then a black actor, to play the thief. The results made me cringe...

    TheBoo

TheBoo @photographworks - if wearing an oversized shirt means gang member then I seem to be one and didn't know it lol :P.

TIFFLS - true, the girl who was actually being assisted in the commission of a crime, I thought, was equally disturbing.

    TheBoo

TheBoo Agit8r - I guess it's an overused word over there, but around here, not so much. I wonder what that says about the States :p :)

  14. legbamel The thing I like best about Fried Eggs? That people can't auto-post. If they want to be social they actually have to come her to do it.

    libdrone

libdrone You know, I don't really find auto-posting a problem on Twitter. Granted, I don't follow any marketing types and un-follow anyone who bores me or spams links. But honestly, it's never been an issue for me.

    5/23/10

    photographworks

photographworks I hadn't thought of that but I am glad it is so - I am sure I would abuse it otherwise...
