Is it possible to maintain the state of not thinking anything at all? Sometimes, I think that some people do not think at all. But if they don't think at all, what is in their heads while they are not thinking? Or is it that people who "don't think at all" simply think things of no consequence, like "black curtains, pink curtains, yellow curtains.." or "mmmm doughnuts!" To "stop thinking" I have to play a game that I can direct my thoughts to. And often, even when I'm playing, a part of my brain is busy doing something else, like listening what's said on the telly - but at least it distracts somewhat. If thinking can get so tiresome, it must mean that a break is required every now and then, and if it's required, there must be a way to do it. What do you do when "your brain hurts" from all the thinking? The world is turning onto it's head... Two years early, some would say. I love it. In AFL, the traditionally weak teams are giving the strong a hiding. (Apart from the Magpies, who are flying high and attacking hard from the top of the ladder - Go Pies!) In my personal life, in my head, things are turning into positions they've never been before. I just gave someone I've always fearfully respected a verbal hiding. Couple of weeks ago I asked for money for my time and effort. Self-respect has found its way to places where it has never been before. I love 2010. The best year ever. It's just getting better.
