Fried Eggs

Amazing what happened yesterday morning.

Every Tedx attendee has their name on their badge plus 3 "iceabreakers" - things you are interested in.
When I sat down in the audience, I noticed that the woman was wearing her name badge with the ice breaker "leadership." Since I had been up the night before watching Talgam, and posted it on here, I started to describe Talgam's metapahor for leadership. She looked surprised and then pointed to her left saying "he is here." She is his girlfriend and and he was sitting next to her.

If you want insights into leadership that you cannot get from anyone else on this planet, Talgam is the man. His metaphor is powerful and he weaves into his talk examples of great conductors and their "use of power and of letting go."
